Eileen has considerable first hand experience in seeing the relationship between organizational health and the wellness of its leadership. In June 2002, she concluded a 31-year career with FCH Enterprises, better known as Zippy’s Restaurants, where she started as a part-time office clerk, and earned her promotions, achieving the position of Senior Vice President. From 1999 to 2002, as Chief Operating Officer, Eileen was responsible for the overall growth and well-being of the business and its people. She is available for consultations with people in areas of business start ups, strategic planning, or trouble shooting and improving their operations or administrative departments. While at FCH Enterprises, Eileen received her certification from Margo Mansfield, to be a trainer with the School of Holistic Management. By weaving in this knowledge with her career experiences, Eileen is able to offer consultations to people who wish to realize their potential as they enhance their relationships with others at a personal and organizational level. One of the most valuable benefits of this process is that people naturally begin to work towards healing relationships with their family members and business associates as they learn more about themselves and enter into their own self healing. Ordained as a minister of Universal Ministries in April 2004, Eileen received authorization from the State of Hawaii, to perform marriage ceremonies in September 2004. Healing can take many forms and the journey is unique for each individual. Eileen would like to share the stories of her journey with those who are also starting to walk down their own healing path.
